Guidelines for Renting
ATTENTION ALL APPLICANTS
The following 5 items are guidelines for every tenant we rent to.
These guidelines help maintain a strict quality control to make sure
our tenants have a top rate home and first class service.
1. All prospective tenants must fill out an application and pay the application fee.
2. Applicants must have a satisfactory credit history with no recent unpaid collections.
3. Applicants must have good rental history.
4. Applicants must have good employment history and job stability.
5. Applicants must have adequate income to meet monthly rent payments and any associated utilities.
