To Whom It May Concern,
I am an out-of-state real estate investor with 3 properties in Edmond, Oklahoma and 2
duplexes in Caldwell, Idaho. I have been a "remote' RE investor for about 6 years. I
have attended year long millionaire coaching programs and consider myself to be an
advanced investor, in real estate and other investments. For the duplexes in Caldwell
I recently switched to Paramount Properties. My previous property manager had an
extremely poor track record with renting my units to quality tenants and I had very
lengthy vacancies. When I asked them about it they would just say, "Your units are
really nice, we don't know why they aren't renting". They were not proactive about
giving me updates and any requests I made took a very long time to get handled. There
seemed to be no sense of urgency in getting my units rented, and I did not have any
confidence in the personnel.
I finally decided it was time to find a new property manager. I conducted a long
search and decided to go with Paramount Property Management. A friend of mine has
been using Paramount for almost 2 years and has been very happy with them. The
difference for me has been tremendous. Paramount is responsive and very proactive
about getting my units rented. They filled one vacancy very quickly, have another
lined up, and there is good activity on the third vacancy. They have done things like
banners and open houses that the previous prop mgr did not even suggest. I have also
been extremely impressed with Krista. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and takes
action quickly. I am confident my units will all be filled rapidly and with quality
tenants. I feel very fortunate to have found Paramount, as having a great property
manager is one of the most important factors in rental property cash flow.

Paramount Property Management (PPM) is by far one of the best property management companies
I have had the opportunity to work with. As a real estate investor I have worked with
several companies and the difference with PPM is they afford all the benefits of ownership
without the hassle of renting, yet the freedom to be actively involved. I would recommend
them for all your management needs; the tenants they provide are far superior to those of
other companies and is the direct result of their higher industry standard.
